6-Week Off-Season Training Program

As athletes prepare for their upcoming high school and college showcase camps, combines and 7v7 tournaments, WCO70 has created a dynamic 6-week training program that will equip them with the knowledge and skills they will need to dominate on the field and become more resistant to injury.   Athletes will train three days a week with experienced professionals who have developed champions on the high school, collegiate and professional level.

This is a comprehensive program that will build every aspect of their game:

  • Pre-Training Assessment and Performance Testing
  • Mobility and Flexibility
  • Strength and Power Development
  • Speed and Agility Development
  • Endurance Training
  • Plyometric Jump Training
  • Combine Drill Preparation
  • Position-Specific Skills Training
  • Nutrition Consulting
  • Mindset Development

PHASE 1: Weeks 1-2 (Stability, Conditioning, Mechanics)

During this foundational phase, athletes will participate in exercises to improve their joint mobility, flexibility, strength and overall fitness. They will also learn key concepts for speed development, change of direction and power dynamics.

PHASE 2: Weeks 3-4 (Skills Development)

Athletes will then move onto more advanced exercises to help them cut body fat, speed up their metabolism and build lean muscle. They will apply what they have learned to improve their 40-yard dash, combine drills and position-specific skills.

PHASE 3: Weeks 5-6 (Game Speed)

In the final weeks, athletes will transfer their strength gains into game-speed power and apply more force in faster bursts. Repetition will be key to program more efficient movement patterns that we will record and analyze daily.

We are setting up training locations in the Triangle (Durham, Raleigh) and in Eastern NC (Jacksonville).
