William Jennette has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for over 25 years. He has a proven track record of training athletes in all sports. William trains athletes as well as non-athletes beginning as young as 5 years old also senior citizens athletes as old as 84 years young. Many of his high school athletes have gone on to college and played football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, track and field. The colleges attended are East Carolina, NC A&T, NC Central, Univ of NC, Maryland, NC State, Western Carolina, Univ of Delaware, Winston Salem State, Chowan, Louisburg, Old Dominion, William and Mary, and Harvard just to name a few.
William also has trained some of the top NFL players, some even going in the 1st round suck as Julius Peppers, Ebenezer Ecuban, Quinten Coples and free agents that has gone on to win Super Bowls such as Willie Parker and many other players. He is a member of the Great Organization of Omega Psi Phi.
